flower = butterfly food

with the season changing and the cool  cool mornings we have basically stopped watering everything daily.   we don't want to harm anyone during this temperature transition.  it is such a change of pace.  anyway, today was a gorgeous day!  the sun was shining, it was a cool morning followed by the sun warming everything up.just right, not too hot.  it was absolutely  perfect- minus a few mosquitoes.  due to the warm sun,  we thought that watering everyone (meaning the trees and plants) would be nice.  so i set out on that adventure, ready to embrace the moment.  and that is just what i did.  along the way, i couldn't help but notice that
1. i still have flowers blooming  and  2. it was feeding butterflies.  at the moment that i saw this, there was 3.  just going back and forth.   eating their little heart content.  we'll be your feeding station i said and then sat to enjoy the moment and hopefully capture some of it too. i am grateful for the flowers that feed the butterfly, i'm grateful for the butterflies and their beauty.  i am grateful for the time shared.  i could continue with my grateful list, maybe i'll save that one for a different day.  i hope you like the photos.

i am grateful,
farmer mom
